- ➤ Sheridan City Councilman Greg Luhman and Utilities Director Dan Roberts announced that US Army Corps of Engineers Chief Lieutenant General Butch Graham and Colonel Robert Newbauer will visit Sheridan on July 9—10 to review the completed 1135 Goose Creek Project Ecosystem Restoration, with a project completion ceremony starting at 2 p.m. at Mill Park on July 10. - ➤ The EPA rolled back Biden-era emissions rules on coal-fired power plants after disputes with Wyoming officials, and local utility leaders said the move could help stabilize power bills by boosting the use of Wyoming coal—while public health advocates warned it might lower air quality.
