Mark Caudle, president of the Story Days and Events Committee, invited the public to a German style Christmas Market on Saturday, Dec.

6 along North Piney Road in Story. Vendors will offer traditional German foods and beverages, arts and crafts while music, carolers and children’s activities add a festive, family-friendly touch—special guests and hay rides will further enhance the event.

Dr. Lauren Graffin Estrada, a Sheridan College Theatre professor, and Theater student Emilou Justice appeared on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse to invite local residents to see The Snow, a play about a village trapped in a heavy snowstorm.

The play will run at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21 and 2 p.m. Saturday at the WYO Theater—tickets cost $10 for adults, $5 for military and are free for Sheridan College students and children 12 and under.
