- ➤ Wyoming State Historic Sites Superintendent Sharie Shada invites locals to help decorate the large Kendrick Mansion for the holidays. Volunteers will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 22 at 400 Clarendon Ave — joining a long-standing decorating tradition. Sheridan Media
- ➤ Mo Laya, the Sheridan Regional Coordinator, said the local Toys for Tots campaign gained major support from the Ramaco Foundation and clearance toy programs — helping extend service to Indigenous communities while collection bins across Sheridan accept new, unwrapped toys. Black Tooth Brewing will mark its 15th anniversary with a holiday event at 7 p.m. on November 28 — featuring food trucks and live music by Dakota Knezovich and Tris Munsick and The Innocents. - ➤ The Civic House Theater Guild announced that its Christmas at the Carriage House event will take place from Dec. 11 to 14 with an evening of songs and stories celebrating the holiday season as part of its 70th season. Performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. on Dec. 11, 12, and 13 with a Sunday matinee at 2 p.m. on Dec. 14 — attendees will enjoy a reading of a short story and refreshments served during intermission. - ➤ Local hunters and outdoor advocates say the Greater Little Mountain area near Rock Springs must remain untouched to protect its wildlife and heritage.
