- ➤ During last week’s meeting, the Sheridan County Commission discussed support for a Sage Community Arts grant application but left the agenda item in place so commissioners do not have to issue future letters of support, according to County Administrative Director Cameron Duff—he said the commission’s work was complete with a resolution. - ➤ Johnson County Healthcare Center staff awaits a new provider who will begin his role in early November, reported by Chief-of-Staff Dr. Brian Darnell at a board meeting last week. JCHC CEO Luke Senden said Dr. Hagge (hired this fall) will join the November board meeting to introduce himself and thank the board. Sheridan Media
