- ➤ Davis and 16 other members of Sheridan’s Quilts of Valor chapter use their sewing talents to create red, white and blue quilts that honor local veterans. Their work continues a proud tradition of tribute—each quilt is a symbol of service and sacrifice. The Sheridan Press
- ➤ On Wednesday, the Sheridan Advocacy and Resource Center hosted a youth meetup at Black Cat Boba where community members enjoyed pizza, boba, and conversation. Local police reported that violent crimes have remained consistent—there is no noted change in the incidents. The Sheridan Press

- ➤ After nearly three weeks in the Bighorn Mountains, search and rescue crews suspended the search for missing Minnesota man Grant Gardner who last contacted his wife after reaching Cloud Park on July 29th due to poor weather and limited resources; officials said recovery efforts will restart when conditions improve. - ➤ WYO PLAY will present Dinosaur Rock Musical: A Jukebox Journey Through Time on Sept. 6-7 at the WYO Performing Arts and Education Center—this show will feature classic rock hits retold with dinosaur facts and fossil displays with hands-on activities from the Natural History Museum at Sheridan College and Science Kids.
