- ➤ The 2025 Wyoming Historical Society Annual Conference and 72nd Annual Meeting will be held September 12-14 at the Historic Sheridan Inn in Sheridan—Beki Speas said the Society will work with the local Historical Group to plan tours, speakers and special music for the event. - ➤ The 8th annual WYO Film Festival will be in Sheridan from Oct. 2 to Oct. 5, and officials have released the selection lineup—bringing together first-time filmmakers and industry professionals for a unique film experience. Sheridan Media
- ➤ The Brinton Museum has hosted the Bighorn Rendezvous X exhibition since July 26 with 15 nationally recognized artists showing over 40 works in the Jacomien Mars Reception Gallery. - ➤ The Sheridan County YMCA is closed for its deep clean, but registration for its fall soccer program remains open for children in kindergarten through eighth grade. Registration closes Aug 22 and the season runs from Sept 3 to Oct 8, with teams practicing and playing on Mondays and Wednesdays — a change announced by Executive Director Liz Cassiday.
