Sheridan County Chamber CEO Teresa Detimore announced that the Buyer’s Dinner for the 4-H/FFA Livestock Sale will take place Monday, Aug.

3 from 4 to 5:45 p.m. at the Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall, where local families can connect and celebrate dedicated youth efforts in raising top livestock.

Compass Center for Families received funding from the Sheridan-Johnson Counties Local Board of the Wyoming Community Foundation during its spring competitive grant cycle to support services in Sheridan & Johnson Counties.

Executive Director Tifany Reser said the nonprofit’s mission is to build strong communities by strengthening families.
