- ➤ 32-year-old Andrea Bartling changed her plea Tuesday in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan after accepting a deal with the state that recommends a sentence between 2 and 8 years for delivering methamphetamine and dismisses a conspiracy charge—Judge Darci Phillips ordered a presentence investigation and set sentencing for September 25 at 9 a.m. while her bond remains unchanged.
