  • The Johnson County Library is hosting its annual Friends of the Library Book Sale today from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. — the sale features over 150 large print books donated to the library with hardcover books for $2 and paperbacks and DVDs for $1.  Sheridan Media

  • A government order canceled nearly $400 million in AmeriCorps grants, and many Wyoming service groups are set to cut or pause programs that help schools, farms, and health clinics. The loss of about $2.4 million in annual funding will lead to fewer volunteers and stalled new hires — a setback for community services.  Casper Star-Tribune
  • Governor Gordon joined Governors Cox and Little in Salt Lake City on April 29 to sign an MOU to boost energy cooperation among Utah, Wyoming — and Idaho.
