- ➤ The Civic Theatre Guild will close its 70th season with The Odd Couple (Female Version) at the Carriage House Theater (419 Delphi on the Trail End State Historic Site), with 7 p.m. shows on May 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 29 and 30 and 2 p.m. matinees on May 17 and 31; tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students, seniors, veterans and active military. - ➤ Colton Smith and Xander Depew from SHS have been named to the Wyoming FFA officer team and will work to support student success in agricultural programs. Their new roles aim to foster positive change in FFA education. The Sheridan Press

- ➤ Sheridan County officials reported that building permits have surpassed COVID-era levels as the county begins a Level II Water Study to assess Lake DeSmet for water supply and works with Sheridan to update the Land Use Plan + they will monitor growth to ensure community voices are heard. - ➤ On Thursday, April 17, county officials in Buffalo held a meet and greet to honor retiring prevention specialist Bill Hawley & introduce his replacement Sommer Reed, who will officially take over on May 4. City of Sheridan
- ➤ Sheridan Memorial Hospital CEO Mike McCafferty said the facility is exploring a transition (from a prospective payment system to a critical access hospital) to improve local healthcare. The Sheridan Press
