The Sheridan County Commission approved vacation of the public right-of-way for Elm Avenue in the Downer Addition at their recent meeting when they voted unanimously.
County Engineer Ken Muller explained the decision, but there was no public comment.

As the weather warms, families in Sheridan are trying shed antler hunting, a fun outdoor activity since deer, elk and moose shed their antlers from November to March.
