The exhibition The Language of the Land, featuring work by 2024 Ucross Fellowship Native American artists, will be on view until May 10 and is supported by state and national arts funding. - ➤ First Lady Jennie Gordon urged lawmakers to review a federal summer nutrition program to feed 35,000 children facing hunger as Wyoming officials have twice rejected the aid, and the Select Committee on School Finance Recalibration will add childhood nutrition to its review. Wyoming Education Superintendent Megan Degenfelder supports the move—saying that food insecurity harms learning—as advocates warn that many rural kids risk missing meals during the summer.
