Mark Gordon let a bill pass that will require proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in all elections and add a 30-day residency rule—Secretary of State Chuck Gray said the law will tighten election security. - ➤ Starting April 1, the Delivering for America plan will remove afternoon mail pickups from Wyoming post offices because each is over 50 miles from a regional processing center—officials say details for Cheyenne and Casper are unclear.
