Seven brave souls jumped into a portable water tank for the annual Jackalope Jump on Saturday near the M&M’s Center and raised over $5,000 for the Wyoming Special Olympics — a fundraiser that supports local athletes.

Tomorrow, the Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum will host Obstetrics in NE Wyoming, a free program in which Dr. Mike Jording discusses local doctors' ties to regional histories at the Carriage House + it launches a monthly series through June.

Sheridan's Stone House, built in 1898, is to be protected as a historic preservation district (with plans for adaptive reuse) by the Community Land Trust working with the owner to safeguard its stone walls and prairie views.

Two Sheridan golfers, Josh Gardner and Jared Stiver, were selected in a lottery to represent Wyoming in the inaugural Heartbeat tournament at Landmand Golf Club in Homer, Nebraska, scheduled for Aug.
