- ➤ Black Mountain Nordic (501(c)(3)), which promotes Nordic skiing locally, received a $10,000 grant from the Sheridan-Johnson Counties Local Board of the Wyoming Community Foundation as part of the fall cycle in 2025; executive director Nick Flores said the funds will help expand non-motorized winter recreation opportunities. - ➤ Jill Benson of SAGE Community Arts spoke on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse about Winter 2026 art classes available for all ages.
